- Single Roast Origin, Reservoir Street, Surry Hills ( In-house roast )

Others that I tried and would rate in the above average list
- Tiger Mottel, Paddington (In-house roast)
- Luxe Expresso, Bondi Junction
- Bar Indigo, Double Bay
